Avocado Steamed Brownies

These brownies are quite famous and are often sold on Instagram. Instead of buying avocado brownies at a pretty high price, it's better to make yourself at home. Here is the recipe:


Ingredients
Steamed Brownies:

  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon SP (cake emulsifier)
  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
  • 75 grams of dark chocolate compound
  • 80 grams of medium protein flour
  • 35 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Avocado Vla:

  • 500 grams of avocado (try butter avocado type)
  • 120 grams of sweetened condensed milk (equivalent to 3 sachets)
  • 100 ml of boiled water

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 250 grams of Dark cooking chocolate
  • 125 ml thick cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Complement:

  • 125 ml thick cream, shake it. Or,
  • 100 grams of whippy cream, shake with 200 ml of ice water until stiff.

How to make :

  1. Make Steamed Brownies: Combine butter and chocolate, until the team melts.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla essence, and SP until fluffy and thick or traced.
  3. Enter little by little the mixture of flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture of butter and melted chocolate, stir again until there is no more liquid sludge.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet, spread the butter first. Pour all the mixture into the pan, then steam the brownies for about 30 minutes. After cooking, remove from the oven and let cool.
  6. Make Avocado Vla: Avocado smooth blender, condensed milk, and water.
  7. Make Chocolate Ganache: Boil thick cream until it's hot (not boiling). Add chocolate, stir until smooth. Add the butter, stir until the texture is smooth and shiny.
  8. The final stage: cut the brownies according to taste, arrange brownies in small cups. Put the avocado vla on top, then followed by whipped cream. after that, pour chocolate ganache on top. Refrigerate for several hours to make it more delicious.
  9. after a cold, delicious avocado brownies are ready to be served.
